2011 Annapolis Ten Mile Run Transfer Policy

Runners who are registered for the A10 but unable to run may transfer their entry to another runner from July 1 - August 1. You may either transfer your entry to someone you know or use the message board set up to help match people who need to give up their entry with those looking to get into the race. If you are looking for someone to transfer your entry to or you are interested in getting an entry to the race, go to the message board here. If you already know who your are transfering to, go directly to the transfer request page.

If you transfer your registration you do not receive a refund from the Annapolis Striders/Annapolis Ten Mile Run or Active.com. You should recover your cost from the person buying your registration.

The new participant receiving your Bib number must pay a $10 transfer fee and fill out the Application form in order to complete the transaction. Once you have submitted your transfer request, it may not be cancelled. Once you know who your registration will be transfered to, go to the transfer request page to complete the transfer process. The person who is transfering in will then receive a detailed email outlining the rest of the procedure.

Please Note: There are no deferments for the A10. All transfers must be completed by August 1, 2011.

Entry

Maximum number of entrants (5500) has been reached. Race is closed. No race weekend entries. Numbers and Chips are non-transferable, except as indicated under Exchanges below. Unofficial runners will not be scored and are subject to disqualification from future Annapolis Ten Mile Runs.

Fee

$60.00 (Includes parking on Saturday and Sunday. Active.com fee not included.) No cash. No refunds. A major portion of the race proceeds will benefit the Anne Arundel Medical Center Cardiac Rehabilitation Center.

While registering you will also have the opportunity to make a dontation to the Anne Arundel Medical Center and/or the Wounded Warrior Project.
