Beginner 5K program for ages 9-13
An eight-week program designed for young runners who want to build endurance.
We will meet for 8 weeks beginning Tuesday May 4th at Annapolis High School
track
6-7 pm
Saturday mornings we will meet at 8:00 AM on the B & A trail
Program will conclude the last weekend in June with a 5K
Registration details will be posted soon.
At this time we do not have a program in place for younger runners
