If you are getting on in years, this is your opportunity to race against those younger runners and prove that age before beauty really does work, …..OR, if you are still on the short end of 40 and think you are fast, even with a handicap, then lets see you prove it.

Each runner is given a handicap, based on age and gender. Your handicap is the time you start before the runner with no handicap (the rabbit). All runners complete the same course and finish positions reflect your true ability, after accounting for age and gender. Handicaps are set by the World Association of Veteran Athletes.
